Hello everyone!
We are happy you found the way to our travel blog and we can’t wait to have you join us on our backpacking journey through Mexico! There is only one month left until our flight to Mexico City where our adventure begins. We would like to share our experiences with you and are going to post reports and photos of the cities and regions we visited. We are very much looking forward to meeting Alexis in Mexico City where we will arrive in the second week of September. As Raphael and Alexis know each other from their semester in Iceland, it will be great to meet again in a completely different part of the world!
We planned to visit Mexico City for a few days and then go on to the west coast, visiting Oaxaca and Puerto Escondido. Later on we would like to go to Yucatán, hoping to get as many impressions of Mexican culture and history as possible. You can find our complete itinerary also on this website.
